International Enzyme Engineering Symposium ( http://www.enzymeengineering.ege.edu.tr
) will be held at Pine Bay Holiday Resort (http://www.pinebay.com)
in Kusadasi (Turkey), from 01 to 05 October ,2008. This Symposium will
bring together experts and those who are interested with the following
themes of the Symposium. It will include plenary lectures, oral and
poster presentations. The aim of the Symposium is to share the recent
developments on enzymes and enzyme engineering in the fields of basic
enzyme researches and applications of enzymes in industry, analysis
