POSITIVE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: This position has a Positive
Education Requirement. In order to meet basic qualifications
applicants MUST submit a complete copy of their transcripts or an
itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information
from the transcript (Course title, semester/quarter hours and grade).
Failure to submit this required information WILL result in an
ineligible rating.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience in the same
or similar work at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent
to the next lower pay band that has equipped you with the necessary
knowledge, skills or abilities to perform successfully the duties of
the position. Creditable specialized experience includes experience
such as: human factors and biomedical engineering experience to
support the planning, design, analysis, improvement, and suitability
of integrated systems of material and equipment to produce a product
to be worn or carried by military personnel in a variety of combat and
non-combat environments Provides input to budget planning and
execution. Performs strategic planning, captures and translates
mission and customer requirements; allocates requirements to systems
components and develops requests for change; plans and conducts
testing and verification.
